• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your safari booking
• Full payment must be received 30 days prior to departure
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods

• Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellations 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total safari cost
• Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: No refund
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations
• Transportation in specialized safari vehicles
• Accommodation as specified in the itinerary
• Meals as outlined in the specific package
• Professional safari guide services
• Park entrance fees
• Game drives as specified in the itinerary
• Clients are responsible for their own health requirements and vaccinations
• Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants
• Clients must follow guide instructions at all times
• The Kenya Safari follows strict safety protocols but cannot guarantee specific wildlife sightings
• The Kenya Safari acts as an agent for accommodation and activity providers
• We maintain comprehensive liability insurance
• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings
• We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.)
• We collect and store only necessary booking information
• Your personal data is protected and never shared with third parties
• Photos taken during safaris may be used for promotional purposes
• Clients can opt-out of promotional photo usage upon request
